Understanding Treason

Why is it so difficult to understand treason?

When you love your country so much, one cannot rationally understand why anyone would want to fundamentally change her or God forbid, destroy her.

And yet that is what we are living through today.

Now imagine being a foreigner looking at America and wondering what is going on.

I experienced what that looks like this week. I had a very interesting interview this week with a podcast from the United Kingdom. This gentleman interviewing me asked me repeatedly, “Why do you believe your own government is trying to destroy America?” I tried to convey in detail what has happened to American at the hands of our government these past three and a half years but more importantly since Obama was president.
