There is nothing more appealing to me than a great back story.

The ending of a great story is wonderful but what happened before to get to success or failure is what fascinates me.

It could be the story of how Donald Trump created his billion-dollar business and the trials he faced and overcome. It could be about Elon Musk or a simple yet impactful story on a young man or woman’s journey to being the first person in their family to attend and graduate college.

The story is still being written about Ryan Matta and my documentary but the story of how we got the final edit to the film festival on time and the emotions leading up to it, I believe is a great back story.

We were exchanging text messages back and worth because Ryan did not have the final rendered version of our documentary. Ryan and I both had not seen anything past minute 24 of an hour and 46-minute documentary.

To say we were a little stressed would be the greatest understatement of the century.
