Sarah Adams a former CIA Targeting Officer and author of the book, Benghazi: Know Thy Enemy, was on the Shawn Ryan Show for a second time and made a huge statement that shook the nation. What was the statement Sarah Adams made after Shawn Ryan asked, “You are one hundred percent certain that there are 1,000-plus Al-Qaeda-trained fighters within the United States borders?” Ms. Adams responded, “Well, Al-Qaeda says they trained and deployed 1,000 for this attack. First, off I think that there is more than 1,000 Al-Qaeda members in the United States.”
