Chapter 8 How?

The explanation of how the political elites have bastardized every immigration law and policy to intentionally and strategically destroy America is always discussed in hushed tones. Why is that? I believe people whisper about the treason that plays out right in front of America because it frightens them. It scares people to acknowledge that the government of the United States of America is corrupt and the organizational charts of every department and agency is stacked with anti-Americans.

Take a few minutes and research the backgrounds of many of the high-ranking DHS leaders. Shockingly, these high-level DHS leaders charged with providing resources and protection for the law enforcement agencies that work under the DHS umbrella, hate these very same law enforcement agencies. These traitors have social media accounts where they openly called for the abolishment of ICE and the Border Patrol. Called for the end of deportations and enforcing immigration law.

When an organization is run by people that despise the mission of their own organization and play a role in the sabotage and ultimate destruction, are we shocked at the How our nation has succumbed to this treason.

Chapter 8 How?

The how part of this equation to destroy the immigration system is unknown and ignored, because the deception is done within the policies and procedures of the Border Patrol, ICE, and the parent agency DHS. Nothing on this grand scale of malicious intent is by happenstance—it is thought out and then executed. As in any successful plan, you must correct course and make changes as outside forces push and pull. Since 1965, the politicians and elites have a true north, and they are dead set on getting there. They adjust course when they push too hard for amnesty or when they create coalitions that get discovered. Republicans Lyndsey Graham and the late John McCain, in collusion with Democrats, have betrayed the American citizens on the issue of immigration. Both men never met an immigration bill they did not love and push. In the battle of immigration control, Graham and McCain are both frauds.

However, the Biden administration is different from past administrations—it is aggressive and emboldened. The Biden administration feels a deep sense of urgency, as if this is their chance to create a historic change in America and right all her wrongs.

Past administrations have tried to aggressively push this decades-long destructive immigration plan, some succeeding with big wins, like the Reagan Amnesty and the Obama prosecutorial discretion. Others have failed like the Gang of Eight headed by Graham and McCain. Presidents Clinton and Bush tried to soft pedal and play both sides, but ultimately, they showed their true colors and favored foreign nationals over their constituents. Biden and his minions have studied the past presidents and feel both a sense of urgency and opportunity.

The Biden administration has taken Obama’s platform of prosecutorial discretion and criminal neglect, and accelerated the number of border crossers to historic numbers. Any rational nation would have already placed their military on the border, but that would be countries that did not want this problem. We are now over nine thousand arrests every day. That number is on a trajectory that will reach ten thousand arrests daily within months, if not weeks. The number of getaways will increase exponentially to the arrests. We can expect daily crossings to surpass twenty thousand.

When the Democrats are successful in their treachery, no matter in what sector of government the disloyalty is occurring, they become so arrogant that they actually tell the world what they are doing. This occurred in January 2023, when Biden was in Mexico City with Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Biden stated flatly, “We’re trying to make it easier for people to get here—opening up the capacity to get here.” This is a direct quote from a press conference talking about immigration between the two countries. Biden is so arrogant, and he knows that no one and nothing is going to stop him.

President Obrador confirms Biden’s infidelity to his oath in one sentence, “You, President Biden, you are the first president of the United States in a very long time that has not built, not even one meter of wall, and that we thank you for that, sir.” The president of the nation that has for decades abused and trampled on our nation’s sovereignty, and has facilitated the rest of the world to travel through his country to also trample on our sovereignty, is thanking our leader for not stopping this invasion.

The mass invasion started with the organized caravans of hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens making the trek to the border, and then crossing as one mass of humanity to overwhelm the system. President Trump used all his powers to hold them back, but the day Biden was installed as president things changed quickly. As those hordes of humanity began to cross the border, the Border Patrol was quickly overwhelmed and then gave up, as we did not have any plan in place to handle the thousands that crossed.

I remember the franticness of those early days. When thousands of people were marching to the border wearing “We Love Biden” T-shirts, confirmation of a welcomed invasion was right in front of us. We all knew this situation was going to get worse. Endless buses were literally driving into our facility to unload hundreds of illegal aliens to be processed and housed, while other buses were leaving our facility to release hundreds of illegal aliens right into the communities where we lived. This cycle continued over and over, every day. Immediately, every Border Patrol facility was at daily maximum holding capacity, trying everything possible to not release them, to being forced to release hundreds to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Our government uses NGOs to both shield the government from culpability of transporting illegal aliens to their destination, and the NGOs help place illegal aliens throughout the nation as the US government does not have the infrastructure in place to handle millions of human smuggling transactions. Immediately after partnering with NGOs to “wash our hands,” the NGOs were overwhelmed. The Border Patrol was essentially drowning in illegal aliens with nowhere to put them, so we just released them, many times right out the front door of our station.

I remember standing outside of our offices in the Murrieta Border Patrol Station with my Patrol Agent in Charge (PAIC) and watching the criminality of the situation play out in front of us. We would stand outside in stunned disbelief as our life’s work was being destroyed in front of us. Every Border Patrol Agent was demoralized.
