One of the “Everything” is the lie of birthright citizenship.
What is birthright citizenship? It is the insane belief that all one has to do is crawl out of the womb of an illegal alien and touch American soil to become a citizen.
That is a complete lie!
Let us review the 14th Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. The 14th Amendment states in the very beginning of Section 1, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” The 14th Amendment was passed by Congress in 1866 and ratified in 1868 and it was created to give freed slaves citizenship. What is written in the amendment must be acknowledged as what is required to be a citizen. One must be born on America soil with exception for military and other restrict guidelines AND the newly born baby must be “under the jurisdiction thereof…” What does “jurisdiction thereof” mean? Let me give you an example. A military spouse is stationed in Japan and the American woman gives birth to a beautiful boy. That baby was born either on a military base which is considered America territory, or the baby was born in a Japanese hospital, but the child is born of one or two American citizens AND the baby is under the jurisdiction of the United States of America. Another example is a German couple comes to America on their holiday to visit the Grand Canyon in Arizona and the German mother to be is eight months pregnant. While hiking around the Grand Canyon, the baby is born early. That baby was born on American soil BUT the child is under the jurisdiction of Germany. Thus, making the baby a German citizen.
