More Policy Lies

Immigration law in the United States is clear on who can sponsor an immigrant to the United States. Immigration law only allows U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to be sponsors of relatives that are petitioned through the immigration system and ultimately into America. These sponsors also have to have the financial means to care for the individual(s) they bring into America, so these new immigrants never become a charge to the state. All that has changed.

In her new article in CIS.org, Nayla Rush, details the latest policy change which I consider even bold for this administration. This policy change once again is unlawful and unconstitutional but who is going to stop Biden and DHS Secretary from implementing it?

Ms. Rush has discovered that DHS has now opened the ability to sponsor immigrants into the U.S., wait for it, to illegal aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela (CHNVs) that were paroled into the U.S. and are awaiting their asylum cases. I wish I was making this up. However, I am not.

DHS has illegally applied the label of a lawful permanent resident to illegal aliens. All of these parolees waiting for their asylum cases will time out of their parole status and become illegal aliens. There is a 3.5 million case backlog to see an Immigration Judge and there are less than 1,000 asylum officers in the entire United States. Even if these parolees get to see a judge in quick order, over 90% of them will be denied asylum because their cases are fraudulent.

It gets worse. DHS has also determined aliens on Temporary Protective Status, Deferred Enforced Departure, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals can now be sponsors!

Every sponsor must have the financial means to care and vouch for the new immigrant. These illegal aliens are living in “migrant” shelters and have zero financial means to be a sponsor. Almost all of the illegal aliens/temporary status aliens are on government assistance and are only allowed in the U.S. for a short period of time. All that doesn’t matter because DHS has created policy out of whole cloth to circumvent the financial coverage and it is malicious but brilliant.

Illegal aliens can now use NGOs like Catholic Charites and The United Way as the financial coverage. Who pays for all of this? We do as all of the resettlement agencies like the two NGOs just mentioned receive all of their resettlement funds from the federal government. The United States taxpayers are funding this treason.

The Left and their partners in crime are so arrogant and self-righteous that many times they simply tell us what they are going to do. Case in point, just listen to the biggest NGO contracted to handle all things regarding illegal aliens by the American government, Catholic Charities.

The spokeswoman just lays it out and she said, “We are ready for Phase Two.” So, the invasion and the continued treason is in phases! Phase Two is the flooding of tens of millions of illegal aliens into America under the guise of immigration law.

Let me lay out how this works in reality.

I am a national from Venezuela. I was arrested and then released under a fraudulent asylum claim. The U.S. government paid for an airline flight for me from El Paso to Boston. I now live in a “migrant” detention facility which is the local Comfort Inn. I get free housing, free food, free iPhone and free monthly service, free dry cleaning and same day laundry service and I get free cable television with zero expectation to work. In fact, I can’t work because I have not been given a work authorization document.

In all of my free time, I meet with my Catholic Charities social worker, and they tell me it’s time for Phase Two. I am eager to bring my family to the U.S., so I sign all the paperwork and use federal taxpayer monies given to Catholic Charities to bring in my relatives.

How many relatives can I bring in? Well, with the financial backing of Catholic Charities, as many as I want. I will bring in my parents, sister, brother and even my old grandparents. Here’s the real genius of this plan to destroy America, all of those relatives can now sponsor their relatives and on and on we go.

On a side note, the parents and grandparents will all receive the highest amount allowable from Social Security. More Social Security benefit payments than the average American that paid into Social Security for 30 years.

Understand that there are millions of CHNV’s illegally in the country. Let’s say there are 5 million which is a conservative number. Each illegal alien sponsors five relatives using Catholic Charities or the other NGOs. That’s another 25 million illegal aliens!

If you believe that this new policy will only be of CHNVs, you are so gullible!

The destruction of America is happening quickly and real time. The Democrats and the Republicans have lied to America.

Treason has consequences and sadly, the United States of America will be forever changed.
