The Absurdity of the CBP One App

The absurdity and corruption of the CBP One App has been laid bare for the world to see.

The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS.org) just released a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request on the 225,000 asylum applications through the CBP One App. The 225,000 asylum applications in question were from the nations of Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, and Nicaragua in the period of January 1, 2023, to September 5, 2023. The approval rate was 99.69 percent! Only 698 applications were denied asylum parole out of 225,000.

Let me put that absurd number of 99.69 percent approval rate and the actual number of Asylum Officers employed by DHS in context. In my book, Invaded, I wrote the following:

There are less than one thousand Asylum Officers in the DHS, which now claims that the wait time for an asylum seeker to see an Immigration Judge is over six years! By just doing simple math, I know that timeline is a lie. Asylum Officers have been overwhelmed and are pushing out approved asylum claims at a rate of over 90 percent. It must be noted that a large portion of Asylum Officers are former immigration defense lawyers. To help these officers, Border Patrol Agents were cross-trained as Asylum Officers. I know several of these Agents. An extremely intelligent Supervisory Border Patrol Agent described the scene in the asylum world as a world completely engulfed in fraud. He stated that every individual’s story, depending on their country of origin, was the same. Each country had its own prepared statement. Many times, the only part of the story that was different was the name of the street the individual used. My former colleague stated that there was no way any of these asylum claims should have been approved.

The Border Patrol Agents took control of this system and turned it upside down. The 90 percent approval rate flipped to 90 percent declination, but the DHS did not want to hear anything from Asylum Officers except “approved.” So, after several months of incredible success, the Border Patrol unit of cross-trained Asylum Officers were disbanded. Highly productive and intelligent Border Patrol Agents were told to just go away.

The rate of almost 100 percent approval of asylum applications is a danger to our nation. It has already been revealed that the Mexican cartels have hacked into the CBP One App and can circumvent the geofencing inside the application. The geofencing was a safety feature in the app that only allowed individuals in the northern part of Mexico to access CBP One App appointments. What the cartels were able to do was remove the geofencing and open the appointments to the world which the cartels control. The former acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf stated the incompetence of the Biden Administration perfectly,

“It’s further evidence as this administration continues to try to come up with a new security paradigm along that border that I don't think they really understand it. They don't understand the lengths and depths the cartels will continue to go to. As the administration continues to put these 'legal pathways' into place, that's music to the cartel's ears." The Washington Examiner explains how the cartels have hacked the CBP One App, “Cartels have been selling immigrants a service that provides them with an internet connection through a virtual private network. Rather than use a regular internet service provider in the user's location, a VPN routes a device's internet connection through a private service so that the app cannot tell if the person is in northern Mexico.”

Does anyone involved in law enforcement or anyone in the realm of reality not believe the cartels have in their employment the most intelligent and competent computer software experts? The cartels are running a human smuggling enterprise that profits over a hundred billion dollars a year. Do you think those ruthless savages are going to allow an app on your iPhone to curtail their profits!

Back to the FOIA request by CIS.org and here is what they found:

Of the 71,000 Haitians coming through the ports during the past year, DHS rejected a mere 156 for ineligibility reasons.

Only 254 of the 68,000 Venezuelans coming through the ports were rejected.

Of the 32,000 Nicaraguans coming through the ports, a mere 103 found the path blocked to them.

Of the 45,000 Cubans coming through the ports, DHS personnel rejected 185 on ineligibility determinations.

Now factor in the cartels ability to hijack the CBP One App and we see nationals from countries outside of the intended clientele of the CBP One App. CIS.org states, “The data also does not reflect the rejection rates of untold dozens of other nationalities from around the world that were already using CBP One interfaces to submit security information for their appointments to get parole at land ports (and still are), including those CIS has documented and videotaped from Kyrgyzstan, Dagestan, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Syria, and a great many from Mexico and Central America.”

The United States of America is in peril. It is undeniable.

The Biden Administration and DHS Secretary Mayorkas are fundamentally transforming America through the intentional destruction of the immigration system.

These traitors are succeeding in their malicious intentions. These traitors have no bounds of hate, contempt, and disgust for this nation.
