DEATH ON THE BORDER

The border is a hopeless place.

The border is a place where you can feel the desperation.

The border is a place void of justice for the endless victims.

The border is a place of lawlessness, violence, and death.

Millions of individuals are making the trek to the northern triangle of nations leading into Mexico. These millions of people are coming from across the globe. This trek will cost them their life’s savings, their dignity and many their lives. The total numbers are unclear, on purpose, how many people die south of our border through this gauntlet of abuse. Abuse that would make Americans cringe. Women and young girls traveling through this highway of humanity towards freedom are raped or sexual abused at a rate of 60%. You read that correctly: 6 out of 10 women and young girls are sexually brutalized. There are reports that this percentage could be as high as 80%. President Biden, his administration and all Americans, because we are the government, bear the responsibility of these atrocities. We, our government, encouraged and facilitated this migration of millions from every nation to come to our country.

The United States Border Patrol just released their annual migrant deaths for Fiscal Year 2022 and they surpassed all records. In FY 22, there were 880 border deaths which is now the highest number of deaths ever on America’s border. Click Here That is an astounding number but to put it in some context I must tell you that these numbers are ONLY deaths on the America side of the border. Also, these numbers do not reflect deaths of illegal aliens further north of the immediate border nor does this number of deaths reflect the countless deaths on the southern side of the border. If you accounted for all deaths associated with the illegal border crossings the annual number would be in the thousands. And yet not a word from this administration, the media, or our puppet Republicans.

America needs to understand what death looks like on the border. This isn’t falling asleep in your warm comfortable bed surrounded by family and waking up in heaven. No. This is dying from thirst. This is death from being savagely beaten and raped. This is dying under an unrelenting sun that physically burns you to death. This is being shot to death hundreds if not thousands of miles from home in a desolate and foreign land. This is dying with no dignity.
