Throughout my entire 24-year career in the Border Patrol, I have watched politicians, INS/DHS top brass, and Border Patrol Chiefs twist themselves into pretzels trying in vain to not speak the truth. In fact, they were liars and continue to lie. But why? Below is a perfect example of why they lie.
