Birth Right Citizenship

Our Constitution states that an individual obtains United States citizenship through a two-prong requirement.

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.”
-- U.S. Const. amend. XIV, § 1

First, you must be born in the United States of America. Secondly, you must be under the jurisdiction of the United States of America. The Left in our country has lied to the American people for decades allowing individuals that do not meet these two requirements to obtain American citizenship.

Let me explain. Let’s say you are a Germany citizen and you come to America on a tourist visa to visit Disneyland. You are also pregnant, and you deliver your child early in a Disney hotel. That child is NOT a U.S. citizen because that newborn is under the jurisdiction of Germany not the U.S. This is acknowledged as a fact. However, if this same person wades across the Rio Grande and delivers her baby on the river’s shoreline, the Left claims that that newborn is a U.S. citizen!

The jurisdiction goes another way for U.S. citizens and military families that have children born on foreign soil. The prong of jurisdiction does not work the other way. However, the Left and corrupt Republicans ignore this constitutional fact and allow the millions of people coming into America under Biden’s open border to have U.S. citizen babies. Remember, U.S. births are now lower than the replacement rate at the same time as we import millions of individuals from across the globe. These new illegal aliens have birth rates from 3 births or higher per woman. In fact, between the years of 2016 – 2021, 77 percent of all new population growth in the U.S. was from legal and illegal aliens and their new births. HERE Let that sink in!
