We are living in unprecedented times—times that demand courage, clarity, and unrelenting resolve. As a former U.S. Border Patrol agent with 24 years of experience, I’ve seen the underbelly of this nation’s struggles firsthand. I’ve chased smugglers across deserts, arrested gang members on our streets, and witnessed the slow erosion of the systems meant to protect us. Today, I’m sounding the alarm: America is in a constitutional crisis, and the stakes couldn’t be higher. This isn’t hyperbole—it’s reality, backed by data, experience, and the undeniable truth unfolding before our eyes.
A Broken Border and a Corrupt System
Take Houston, for example. Why does it have the largest El Salvadoran population outside of El Salvador? Because George Bush Sr. released MS-13 gang members onto our streets under temporary protective status. These are savages—men I’ve arrested, men I’ve seen destroy lives—and yet, judges like James Boasberg are fighting to bring them back. Boasberg recently tried to stop President Trump from deporting these violent criminals, even as they rioted on planes bound for El Salvador. Who’s he protecting? Not us.
The Judicial Overreach Threatening Our Republic
The crisis isn’t just at the border—it’s in our courts. The Founding Fathers never intended for radical judges to wield unchecked power over elected officials. Yet here we are, with low-level circuit judges like Paul Engelmayer blocking Trump from auditing a Treasury Department that lost $4.7 trillion, or John Bates stopping him from editing government web pages under his own executive purview. John McConnell Jr. halted reviews of federal fund usage, and Boasberg, again, fought deportations. These aren’t isolated incidents—they’re a pattern of judicial tyranny.
Newt Gingrich hit the nail on the head: Congress must haul these judges before the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, put them under oath, and demand they justify their decisions. Where in the Constitution does a circuit judge in Middletown, America, get the authority to override the President? The answer is nowhere. As Hamilton wrote in the Federalist Papers, the judiciary can’t win a fight with the legislative and executive branches because the money and power flow from them. If Trump ignores these rulings—as Andrew Jackson did with the Supreme Court over Cherokee lands—who’s going to enforce them? The judiciary has no army. Trump does.
The Auto-Pen Scandal: Who Ran the Country?
Then there’s the Biden years—a four-year lie we all lived through. The Heritage Foundation’s research reveals that nearly all of Joe Biden’s executive orders and pardons were signed by an auto-pen, often while he was in Delaware, not the White House. Bill O’Reilly and Heritage’s investigators are right: Biden didn’t know what he was signing. Videos of him slurring, glitching, and trailing off mid-sentence—eyes glazed over on Air Force One—prove he wasn’t running anything. So who was? Who authorized those auto-pens? Who made decisions for four years while we were told Biden was “sharp as a tack”?
Trump’s calling these pardons null and void, and he’s right to do so. Hunter Biden, Anthony Fauci, and others shielded by these fraudulent acts should face justice. If the executive branch says they’re invalid, they’re as worthless as a three-dollar bill. But it’s bigger than pardons—everything Biden “did” could be illegitimate. And what about those 15 million extra votes he got in 2020, only to vanish in 2024? Where did they go? Did they ever exist? We need arrests—massive, sweeping arrests—to ensure this never happens again.
A Nation on the Brink—and a Path Forward
Eighty-one percent of Americans believe the federal government is corrupt, according to a recent poll by the America’s New Majority Project. That’s not a statistic—it’s a death knell for trust. A society can’t survive when eight out of ten people see the system as rotten. We’re watching Teslas burn, schools drown in insanity, and calls to kill Trump and Elon Musk echo online. This isn’t just unrest—it’s a fight for the soul of America.
I spoke with Maureen Steele of the American Made Foundation and American Made Action, an organization co-founded with Ann Vandersteel to combat this corruption. They’re filing lawsuits, drafting amicus briefs, and building a coalition of over 100 lawyers to dismantle unconstitutional courts and agencies. From Section 230 free speech violations to the trafficking of children through foster care, they’re taking the fight to the judiciary. Steele calls it a rebirth of our nation, and I agree—we’re the Founding Fathers now, tasked with reclaiming our republic.
The Next Generation: A Silent Crisis
But it’s not just government. Our kids are under attack—not just from ideology, but from screens. Studies from the Global Mind Project show that giving kids smartphones or tablets young correlates with suicidal ideation, aggression, and detachment from reality. By age two, 40% have tablets; by four, 58%; by eight, one in four has a smartphone. Teachers report vacant stares, dopamine-addicted behavior, and apathy that punishments can’t touch. Sweden’s gone back to books and pencils after tech tanked their kids’ learning. We need to wake up—evil’s got a mainline into our homes through those screens.
Time to Act
This is the Great Awakening. We’ve got four years with Trump to fix this—four years to arrest the guilty, abolish corrupt courts, and take back our local governments. Start with your school boards, your city councils—demand America First agendas. Support groups like American Made (americanmadefoundation.org). Get prepared—visit sat123.com/JJ for a free sat phone with subscription, or patriotsmade.com/JJ for American-made goods that don’t fund our enemies.
We’re in a constitutional crisis, but we’re not helpless. The Charters of Freedom give us the power to end this. Trump’s naming names and tying them to crimes—arrests must follow. No civility, no quarter—just justice and fairness. We’ll win, but only if we fight with everything we’ve got. The soul of America depends on it.
